"Bogolan" refers to a traditional fabric originating from Mali. Crafted from coton, soil and leaves, bogolan is strongly connected to the earth and nature. Such organic elements have inspired this new track by Soundiata: grainy and authentic sounds, tribal rhythms and mesmerizing synths. With the previous singles "N'Goni" and "Dogans", "Bogolan" completes a beautiful and well inspired 3-track EP.
It's an evocative track made for the clubs, mixing Deep House's trippy keyboards and Techno's dark atmosphere and emphasised beat. Inspired by the remote landscapes of Africa, Soundiata once again delivers a meticulous sound produced by two seasoned DJs: Natalino Nunes and Jean-Marie K.
