Lisbon-based DJ and producer Moulin is back with a new single that arrives right on time — quite literally.

Following the oldschool house energy of "DJ Chemise" and "It's My Beat" ft. Juju Manju, Moulin stays true to his lane with "Tour de France", a club-ready track built for DJs and dancefloors alike. Raw, driving and steeped in classic house DNA, it continues the run of no-frills, functional music that has defined his recent output on Serial Records.

The concept is as sharp as the timing: "Tour de France" drops the day before the iconic cycling race kicks off, designed as a musical ignition for competitors and spectators alike. A tribute to one of sport's greatest endurance tests, the track channels the race's relentless forward momentum into four-to-the-floor form.

Originally from France and now based in Lisbon, Moulin began his career a decade ago and quickly built momentum of his own — earning support from major labels and taking his music to the stages of EDC Las Vegas and Ultra Music Festival. His distinctive approach blends vintage and contemporary electronic sounds across genres, informed by years of dancefloor instinct. Beyond the studio, he co-founded Lisbarco, Lisbon's beloved boat party, and in 2022 launched Lisbaï Musica alongside partners Noos and Fabich — a record label, music collective and events platform with a growing reputation for memorable locations and even better music. His collaborators include Hugel, Amine Edge & DANCE and more.
